Riess Enterprise, trading as The Attention Cartel, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the membership.

Your 30 days

If the tool is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including a renewal charge — and we will refund it. You do not need to justify the request; changing your mind is enough.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@theattentioncartel.com and we will arrange it with Paddle for you. Refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your workspace billing settings or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 30 days.

Beyond 30 days

After 30 days we still review requests case by case — for example duplicate charges, billing errors or an extended outage that prevented you from using the tool. Get in touch and we will make it right. Refunds required by consumer law in your country always apply, and Paddle's own Refund Policy applies to every order in addition to this one.
